Sorry for late update. I have problem with my browser. I don't know what is the problem, but I couldn't see any Nuffnang advertisement in all of the websites I visited. I can't even enter Nuffnang.com.my and I don't know why. I have been trying to find out the reason, therefore I have to delay my updates. Now, here is a quick one.

It has been some time since I last did tags in my blog. It is not because I skipped all the tags, but no one is tagging me anymore. (I am feeling happy, as tags are troublesome, but yet I am feeling sad, because not being tagged means no one actually think of me when they tagged someone)

Criz tagged me to do this, and it is a simple one, which is to take a screenshot of my desktop and post it up. Here is the screenshot of my desktop.

Yes. This is my desktop. No nice graphics, pictures or photos as my desktop background. This is because my computer is a shared one, shared between 3 siblings and one father. My 1st younger sister wants Korean stars' photos. My 2nd younger sister likes Barbie dolls pictures. My dad prefers a plain and eye soothing one. Myself? I like robots and cartoons. And since this is a shared PC, I decided to use this Windows background as my desktop. Plus, a plain background will not slow down the computer speed. These are all I have to say about my desktop. Don't believe? Not my problem.

Photo Hunter - Paper

The theme of this week is PAPER.
Again, like usual, I search through the old photos in my computer, and I found these photos. This was a final project for the subject 'Finished Art' during my first term in college, where everyone was supposed to design and make a card.

So easy? Nope. We were only allowed to use colour papers to make the cards. No drawings, no printings, nothing else but just cut-out colour papers with the collage method (cut and paste method). Interesting right? The theme I picked was underwater world (marine's life) and these are the photos of the final outcome which I took during my first term break.

There is a shark, a stingray, a crab, a starfish, an eel, some corals and seaweed on the left. On the right, there's a turtle, a squid, two seahorses, two clams/shells, some corals and seaweed. All of these were drawn on colour papers, cut out and pasted.

This is the cover of the card where there are 3 clown fish and a small coral reef. 'Aqua City' is the title.

This is the back of it. As you can see, this is a blue whale. Cute right?

Here's a message i got from my friend during the exam season. It's kinda funny and it related to paper.

It takes 15 trees to produce the amount of paper that you use to write in one exam. Join us in promoting the noble cause of saving trees. SAY NO TO EXAM. TAK NAK. (in english=don't want)

Cedric Launches Niche Blog

What If I've Got My Cheque

Plastic is a common material used in the making of many stuffs. Furnitures, toys, utensils, electronic stuffs and etc are some examples of items made of plastic. Therefore, it wasn't hard for me to take photos for the theme of this week.

Let's have a look at the photo below.

This photo shows a pile of plastics in a big rubbish bin ready to be transported to a recycling centre to be recycled. It was taken during a recycling campaign in my high school years where all the members involved went from house to house in the housing areas around the school to collect recyclable stuffs. Although it was tough work, everyone was happy because we contributed a part in saving the Earth and Mother Nature.

Examples of plastic products

As most people knew, plastic degrade very slowly. In some cases, burning plastic can release toxic fumes. Also, the manufacturing of plastics often creates large quantities of chemical pollutants, thus leading to the pollution of the atmosphere, like the release of toxic pollutants, greenhouse gas, litter, biodegradable and non-biodegrable landfill impact.

Not everyone knew that plastic can be recycle and reprocess into other products, though not all types of plastic are recyclable. Thermoplastics can be remelted and reused, and thermoset plastics can be ground up and used as filler, though the purity of the material tends to degrade with each reuse cycle. The environmental benefits of recycling plastic are that it produces less sulphur dioxide, less waste and less carbon dioxide. Therefore, saying that plastic cannot be recycled is unacceptable.

However, everyone should first be looking at the Reduce and Reuse options to lower the quantities of plastic being used in the first place, so reducing the strain on Recycle as 90% of household waste into black bins where recycling is carried out is discarded plastic packaging.

At the end, I would like to call upon everyone who is reading this post to start Reduce the use of plastic, Reuse plastic bags, bottles & containers and finally Recycle them.

Nuffnang Car Stickers

One day, I was shouting in ShoutOut like usual. Then aL told that she still got a few Nuffnang car stickers left with her which she got personally from Boss Stewie (dunno real or not...) and she had been asking if anyone's interested having them. Without thinking much, I replied "I WANT !!! I WANT !!!" immediately. And lucky I am to be able to get my hand onto that car sticker. Wheeeee!!!!!!

Finally !!! I had finally finished this post !!!

I was very busy for the past one week that I can hardly breathe. Now that I had finally managed to spare some time, I decided not to do anything else but update my blog first.

Remember my previous post about the 1st KL ShoutOut Gathering ? Here is the part 2 of it.

At the end of the karaoke session, we went to the lobby to decide which place to go next. Then, the guys (not all) camgigolo camwhore at the lobby. The photographer, SC_Bone, requested everyone to look towards the camera lens. The results ? No comment. Tengok sendiri......

Going For CRSM Training !!!

Wheeeeee !!! My 100th post !!!But nothing worth to celebrate. 100 posts in 9 months is a bad result. This shows that I seldom update my blog.*sigh*

Anyway, I will be away from home for 2 days. That means no Internet connection !!!
I will participate in the MCA CRSM Training Camp in Labu, Seremban. Once I'm back, I'll write and post up Part 2 & Part 3 (& maybe got Part 4) of the KL SO Gathering and also Merdeka Eve Celebration event. Stay tune.

The theme of this week is MUSIC.
This is quite a hard theme for me, because all the musicals and theater plays that I attended before disallowed audiences and spectators to shoot photos. Therefore I couldn't find any photos related to music in any folders in my PC. *sigh*

After wandering in my house, I spotted something. Ta-Dang !!! My dad's old record player. Although it isn't as old as those antique players, still it is an old piece of music related item. Something is still missing. What is it ? The records !!! Searching through the storeroom in my house for some time, I finally found a box full of old records. Wheeeee !!!

Very Busy Lately !!!

I would like to apologize to everyone who had dropped by here only to find that there is no new post. This is because I had been very busy lately. Since last Thursday, I couldn't really find some time to write a full entry. After participating in the Merdeka Eve Parade, I went to Port Dickson with my family & relatives for holiday. Then for this whole week, I'll be working from 9am-7pm. There are many events which I want to write about but just couldn't free myself to do so. I'll post one up as soon as I could.
